Defending

In our Defending & Counter Attacking training we will empathize the importance of being well positioned & being able to stop or prevent dangerous attacks from the opposing team. In this training we will also be working on knowing when to pressure and when to cover, being able to recognize & take advantage of a poorly positioned opponent creating an efficient counter attack.
