Counterattacking

In this unique training we will be working on the art of counter attacks. By forcing the player to defend & win the ball back to quickly shift into gear, creating a successful & efficient counter attack. This training will include defending, dribbling, passing, crossing & shooting. By completing this training the player will have a better understanding of what to do after the team wins the ball back.
